Noteable Investments was formed in early 2004 to help those currently holding notes, individuals selling their own homes or land (For Sale by Owner (FSBO)), private contractors, real estate agents, and home buyers that might want to buy a home with creative financing.

We uphold and practice ethical transactions disclosing everything about the transaction up front before any individual enters into an agreement.  Noteable Investments exists to educate FSBO, private contractors, and real estate agents on how to receive the most for their property and stand out among the competition.

Additionally, we want to offer an opportunity to every one purchasing a home to own the home through the seller offering financing.  Today a majority of Americans do not qualify for traditional financing through a bank due to being self employed or having a hit on their credit report in the past.  Noteable Investments wants to bridge that gap and ensure there is financing available to everyone who has a job and is willing to live the American dream.
